Father’s Day

So today is father’s day.

I spent the day with my dad and my uncle repairing my defective car. I don’t know how dads and uncles know about cars and home repair – maybe because they just teach themselves on account of it being way cheaper. Because of them, what could have been a $300 bill at the auto-shop instead cost $70 for a replacement part that we installed ourselves.

Now Bobby and I get to go home and try and fix our lighting fixture and our faucet.

I feel so grown up.
